CLASSES

GATHER + CREATE

(no current schedule, but stay tuned!)

Join me for an informal creative time were we will be led by a gentle prompt and then respond with art making. It will be a beautiful, restful time of community and creativity with no judgment or pressure. No art experience necessary - just come with a willing and open heart and see what unfolds. All materials provided.

ONE-ON-ONE PRIVATE SESSIONS

I will work with you privately for a 1 1/2 hour Expressive Arts session. I will gently guide you during your session with questions to purposefully connect you to your heart longings. We will take time throughout the class and at the end to process your experience.

All materials provided. No art experience necessary.

PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS

Private Group Sessions are ideal for women's small groups, team building exercises, friends, book clubs, etc.

Come to a Restorative Painting class as a private group or choose from one of my Expressive Arts experiences. Please email me at wakingbirdstuido@gmail.com to discuss your group needs and arrange a date and time that works best. Pricing varies depending on type of experience and number of participants.

RESTORATIVE PAINTING CLASS

During this Restorative Painting class, I will work with the group by asking questions designed to purposefully connect you to God's heart. You will then respond by painting what you are sensing.

Each class is 2 1/2 hours to allow time for opening prayer, painting time, cleanup, and closing group circle. All materials provided. No previous experience necessary.

EXPRESSIVE ARTS CLASSES

I offer a variety of classes in both Restorative Art Practices and the Expressive Arts. Each method is a unique tool in our creative arsenal to provide the opportunity to listen deeply and invite healing. I offer several unique Expressive Arts experiences with more in the works.

These experiences are ideal for women's small groups, in partnership with yoga studios, great team building exercises, etc.
